Cream Cheese Frills

1 cup of butter

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups of Flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup of rolled oats

1 (8 oz.) pkg. of Cream Cheese

Rasberry preserves (or substitute)

Beat butter and vanilla until creamy. Add flour, salt and oats; mix well. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Chill thoroughly. Roll out on lightly floured board to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares approx. 2 inches with ripple edge pastry wheel or knife. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves onto center of each square. Fold 2 opposite corners to center; press gently to seal. Bake in hot oven (425 deg) for 10-12 minutes.

Frozen Lemonade Pie

1 Graham Cracker Crust

1 Can Eagle Brand Milk

1 Small can frozen lemonade

1 Large can of Cool Whip

Cool Eagle Brand Milk. Beat real well(it will not get much thicker) Add lemonade right from the freezer. Beat until real thick. Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour into crust and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Will keep for a week. This is a very easy recipe, Great as a light treat after a heavy meal.
